Responsibilities

- Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Manage purchasing, stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control to maximize product availability and minimize loss.
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, POS systems, compliance procedures, and customer engagement strategies.
- Conduct interviews, participate in recruiting efforts, and facilitate employee orientation and ongoing development programs.
- Implement marketing initiatives to promote products and attract new customers while maintaining brand standards.
- Monitor store performance through retail math calculations, sales management metrics, and budget adherence to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations related to cannabis sales, including age verification and record keeping.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using effective communication skills and phone etiquette.

Qualifications
