- Food Running & Server Assistance: Run food to tables, clear and reset tables as needed, and assist serves to ensure timely and attentive guest service.
- Team Support: Step in wherever help is needed whether that means checking on a table, restocking supplies, or assisting another staff members during busy periods.
- Teamwork: Work as one unified Support Staff team. Help one another without being asked and maintain constant awareness of what the team needs.
- Positive Attitude: Maintain a friendly, professional, and proactive attitude with guests, teammates, and management
- Professionalism: Arrive on time ready to work. Communicate clearly, stay organized, stay organized, and stay engaged and focused throughout the shift.
