Lead Window Cleaning Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. Responsibilities

• Perform window cleaning on residential and commercial buildings, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions, tools, and equipment to achieve optimal results.
• Operate scissor lifts and other equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Conduct routine inspections of windows to identify any damage or areas needing repair.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
• Ability to operate scissor lifts safely; certification may be required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet quality standards consistently.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be physically fit, capable of lifting heavy objects, and comfortable working at heights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $180.00 - $350.00 per day
