Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Restoration Technician to help us provide exceptional restoration services to our clients. In this role, you will work on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring that every job is completed to the highest standards. You will also have the chance to earn bonuses for delivering superior service and value to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform restoration services for water, fire, storm damage, mold remediation, and specialty cleaning (including carpet and floor cleaning, upholstery, tile, and grout cleaning).
• Be on-call for emergency services and assist clients in urgent situations.
• Participate in sales meetings and upsell value-added services to increase sales and service excellence.
• Complete accurate cleaning and restoration documentation, customer invoices, and work orders.
• Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
• Inspect completed work to ensure top-quality results.
• Maintain tools, materials, and supplies in company vehicles.
• Continuously learn and master the newest technologies and equipment in the industry.
• Adhere to company standards of excellence and hold yourself and others accountable to high service standards.
  
  
  

Technician Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: At least 1 year of water damage restoration, floor cleaning, or specialty cleaning experience (e.g., carpet, air duct, tile & grout, upholstery cleaning).
• Certifications: Highly preferred – IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT)
• Other Requirements:
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Basic proficiency with computers, email, and mobile devices for reporting and daily tasks.
  
  

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
