Good Life Experience Pilates is seeking an experienced, fully certified Pilates Instructor to join our growing team. We're looking for more than someone who simply teaches sessions. Responsibilities
- Teach private Pilates sessions and group classes
- Know how to work with:
- Prenatal clients
- Seniors
- Clients with scoliosis
- Clients with stenosis
- Sports conditioning clients
- Build and nurture client relationships
- Manage client scheduling, packages, and session tracking
- Promote services, retail offerings, and program add-ons
- Collaborate with studio leadership on client retention and growth initiatives
- Create and/or capture content for social media to support personal and studio marketing efforts
- Maintain professional communication with clients and team members
Qualifications
- Fully certified Pilates Instructor
- Experience teaching both private sessions and group classes
- Knowledge of working with special populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Comfortable using technology including Momence, Google Calendar, and social media platforms
- Sales-minded with the ability to confidently discuss packages, programs, and retail products
- Reliable, professional, and committed to providing an exceptional client experience
Availability Required
- Monday mornings
- Wednesday mornings
- Friday mornings
Position Details
- Contract position
- Compensation: $40-$65 per hour, based on certification, experience and specialties
- Consistent Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning hours
