Home Office Administrator

Good Karma Brands is looking for a self-motivated and resourceful Home Office Administrator to join our Milwaukee team in the Avenue Office. The ideal candidate would play an important role in being the first point of contact in welcoming individuals, coordinating office activities to enhance the teammate experience, and maintaining the organization and presentation of our Milwaukee office.

Daily Responsibilities of Home Office Administrator:
- Serve as The Avenue Team Ambassador by greeting partners, fans, and teammates at the front desk while managing daily operations of the Avenue Office to create an organized, engaging, and positive environment.
- Support teammate onboarding and offboarding by arranging parking passes, key fobs, desk setup, and office supplies to ensure every new teammate feels prepared and welcomed.
- Act as the primary liaison for vendors and facilities partners by managing maintenance requests, supply deliveries, and service schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Oversee office logistics and materials, including mail, packages, and print items such as business cards, envelopes, branded letterhead, and other print-on-demand needs.
- Coordinate hospitality and teammate events, partnering with vendors and internal teams to manage logistics and ensure exceptional experiences for attendees.
- Maintain a polished and inviting workspace, including reception areas, conference rooms, and shared spaces, while also managing café and kitchen areas to ensure they remain stocked, clean, and functional (including dishwashers, coffee machines, and supplies).
- Monitor audiovisual systems to ensure TVs and sound reflect current local shows and company programming.
- Answer and direct incoming calls during business hours for the main GKB line, providing professional and timely service.
- Collaborate with leadership and teams across facilities, IT, HR, marketing, and payables on office-related projects and initiatives.
- Other assigned tasks

Preferred knowledge, skills, and qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, optimistic personality
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and follow through with attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with office systems, operations, and vendor coordination
- A proactive, resourceful mindset and pride in creating an exceptional teammate and guest experience
Hours/Salary/Benefits
This is a non-exempt role with a competitive base salary and overtime eligible for hours worked over 40 per week. This role is eligible for full benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, 401(k) Plan, Dependent Care, paid parental leave, and more with opportunities for salary growth increase with skills and responsibilities and meeting targeted goals. The position will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
