Daily Tasks of a Partnership Success Manager:
- Function as the Internal Project Manager, driving both the pre-sale and post-sale process internally and externally with advertising partners
- Serve as point of contact for all materials needed for execution of campaign. Support partnership maintenance
- Gather assets and create post analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, programming, and production
- Work closely with the Marketing team to brainstorm on promotional elements for campaign and follow through on executional details
- Own the assembly and execution of partner-facing campaigns by utilizing templates within DIGIDECK and PowerPoint, tailoring content to specific partner goals and objectives
- Support process of ensuring partner satisfaction with implementing agency requests and maintaining contracted scheduled orders
- Aid billing department with clearing discrepancies and collections
- Help Account Executives prospect for new business opportunities and build our sales narrative and story
- Understand both the radio and digital audio business, including podcasting, to help drive digital ad sales revenue streams
- Think strategically and look for ways to improve the process of providing customer service
- Leverage AI-powered tools to support daily workflows, automate routine tasks, and enhance productivity across campaign execution, reporting, and internal collaboration
- Cement yourself as a trusted advisor with Account Executives and partners and drive continued value of our products and services
- Assist multiple Account Executives to support and drive our collected sales efforts
- Operate in a high transparency accountability environment and maintain diligent use of Salesforce
- Be proactive in creating and finding solutions to daily challenges throughout the office and GKB
- Be expected to attend in-person occasional company trainings or internal meetings at GKB Home Office or other selected location
- Other assigned sales tasks as determined by leadership and based on partnerships

Preferred knowledge, skills, and qualifications:
- 3 years of partner facing experience either in sales or account management
- Interest in sales, marketing, and leadership long-term
- Radio and Digital experience are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI
- Passion to be a part of a team and the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- With this career, you are required to hold a valid driver’s license
Hours/Salary/Benefits:
Pay Transparency: The anticipated salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $50,000 - $90,000. The salary rate is to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
This is an exempt role with a competitive base salary. This role is eligible for full benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, 401(k) Plan, Dependent Care, paid parental leave, and more with opportunities for salary growth increase with skills and responsibilities and meeting targeted goals. The position will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
