About the Role:
The Care Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the quality of care provided to clients within a healthcare or social care setting. This position is responsible for managing care teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a supportive environment that promotes client well-being and dignity. The Care Supervisor will coordinate care plans, monitor service delivery, and address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high standards. They act as a liaison between clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and effective care outcomes. Minimum Qualifications:
- A recognized qualification in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a care setting.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours as required by the service.
Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
