We are a Northwest Arkansas restaurant group looking for the right individual to take the reins of our branding and marketing efforts. Responsibilities

Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brands.

Work with internal and external professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns.

Interact with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts, including but not limited to direct messages and comments.

Analyze Good Gravy Group’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identify strategic weaknesses and make recommendations for improvements.

Research social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities.

Research social media tools and recommend the best tool to reach our goals.

Support internal and external individuals to create social media content.

Maintain all review sites and drive positive traffic to those sites.

Engage with the surrounding social community to create social alliances to drive traffic and identify opportunities for each concept.

Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measure a campaign’s performance against the KPIs.

Responsible for multiple brands within Good Gravy Group’s portfolio.

Skills and Requirements

Must be able to use social media to maintain and build a brand. Expected to regularly post text, video, and images that engage the company’s target market, follow online conversations on social media accounts, and solve customer concerns using social media platforms.

·Must have great verbal and written communication skills. Must interact with writers, designers, developers, and customers and report to senior management personnel. As a great communicator, must be able to identify social media events such as an interesting hashtag or a sensitive topic and share appropriate content that aligns with the company’s social media strategy.

Crafting engaging content is a super important skill. Must be able to constantly align content with customer trends and market changes to interest and engage our target markets.

Proficient computer skills, skills in using social media platforms, and skills in using tools that analyze social media platforms.

Must have research skills to constantly evaluate and learn social media trends, identify new social media tools and find real-time online conversations are necessary for this position.

Must be able to effectively manage time. Must be able to organize tasks to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
