Responsibilities

Troubleshoot issues related to door operation and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
Use hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow safety protocols to ensure personal safety as well as that of clients.
Skills
Proficient in maintenance person tasks with experience in frame carpentry and trim carpentry.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings for accurate installations.
Experience with metal stud framing is a plus.
Capable of heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs.
