Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Schedule: Full-time, in-office (Located in Corvallis, Oregon).

As our Office Manager, you will lead our Customer Service Representative team, support the daily operations of the office, and help create an environment where people feel supported, informed, accountable, and equipped to do their best work. This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys developing people, creating organization, working with clients when needed, solving problems, and helping a team succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Provide direct leadership, coaching, and support to a team of Customer Service Representatives.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and annual performance reviews.
  • Hold team members accountable to expectations while helping them grow and succeed.
  • Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, and training of new CSRs.
  • Foster a positive, cooperative, and professional work environment.
  • Help resolve escalated client concerns and support the team.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Ensure schedules, communication, and workflows remain organized and effective.
  • Lead daily office huddles and coordinate monthly office meetings.
  • Monitor key office performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Help implement new processes and operational initiatives.
  • Maintain strong communication between office staff, field teams, and leadership.

As a Trusted Member of Good Earth's Leadership Team, you will also:

Qualifications

  • 3 years of leadership or people-management experience.
  • Experience coaching employees and conducting performance conversations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license and consistent transportation.
