Job Description

Available Shifts
- Monday–Friday:
- 7:00 AM–12:00 PM
- 12:00 PM–7:00 PM
- 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Saturday–Sunday:
- 7:00 AM–12:00 PM
- 2:00 PM–7:00 PM
(Long-term availability preferred.)
Responsibilities
- Supervise and safely manage playgroups of multiple dogs
- Lead enrichment activities such as fetch, agility, recall, and obedience games
- Observe and document dog behavior; report changes or concerns
- Maintain clean and sanitized play areas following daily protocols
- Take daily photos of dogs for clients
- Assist team members and perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications
- Passion for dogs and animal care
- Experience in a daycare, kennel, rescue, veterinary, or shelter environment preferred
- Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to handle dogs up to 60 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Available to work weekends and holidays as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school students will not be considered at this time
- Ability to reliably commute to Lombard, IL 60148
- Work location: In person
