Good Days is looking for an experienced bartender to join our small, chef-driven team in Williamsburg. We are a family-owned neighborhood restaurant focused on thoughtful hospitality, seasonally driven food, and an elevated but approachable beverage program.
We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for hospitality, strong technical skills behind the bar, and deep curiosity about food, wine, spirits, and service.
Requirements- Minimum 3 years bartending experience in NYC
- Extensive culinary and beverage knowledge required
- Strong understanding of wine, amaro, classic cocktails, and spirits
- Comfortable providing elevated/fine dining style service in a relaxed, high-energy environment
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure during busy services
- Must be hands-on and team-oriented — this is a small restaurant where everyone helps wherever needed
- Comfortable with bar prep, batching, polishing, stocking, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Friday–Sunday availability is required, with a week day or two sprinkled throughout.
