Key Responsibilities
- Reporting and Performance Monitoring
- Provide weekly reports to store teams, highlighting key performance indicators and sales trends.
- Provide status updates on store ticketing platforms (IT and Facilities), ensuring tickets are being addressed and closed on time to not impact overall store sales and team morale.
- Partner with Retail leadership to track operational success metrics and implement data-driven optimizations to improve store operations.
- Performs periodic compliance audits to assess staff adherence to regulatory guidelines and identify areas for improvement, providing feedback and additional training.
- Training
- Lead workshops or small-group training sessions to drive adoption of operational improvements
- Determines training gaps and develops training materials to increase employee retention and comprehension, including guides, job aids, videos, etc.
- Monitors and evaluates the training program’s effectiveness, success, and ROI and reports on them to key stakeholders.
- Maintains a weekly training schedule within the region that maximizes organizational and regional objectives & training focuses.
- Partners with retail leadership and cross-functional teams to scale operational initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Trains store teams to accurately monitor all inventory movement, inventory stock levels, incoming deliveries, daily/monthly inventory audits & menu management.
- Intranet Management:
- Support the management of the company’s SharePoint/intranet, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible to all employees.
- Assists in the creation of SOPs and other documents for in-store procedures, labor management, and cash handling procedures.
- Assist in organizing and categorizing content to improve ease of use and navigation.
- Ensure store compliance in maintaining and utilizing store accounting and inventory folders.
- Internal Messaging:
- Ensure that internal company messaging reaches store teams in a timely and effective manner.
- Work with store managers to gather feedback and improve communication strategies.
- Develop and create meeting decks for team calls, ensuring all necessary information is included and presented clearly (when applicable).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work cross-functionally with all teams to support various projects and initiatives.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication between different departments to achieve company goals.
- Serve as a liaison between corporate teams and store leadership to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Provides ongoing support for stores.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
- Prior cannabis experience is a plus.
- 2 years of experience in retail leadership, retail operations/training, project management, or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with SharePoint.
- Familiarity with creating SOPs and
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
