Insurance Coordinator – Good Company Dental (Troy)
Are you detail-driven, insurance-savvy, and know your way around a claim from submission to payment? Good Company Dental is looking for an experienced Insurance Coordinator to join our team at our Troy location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed verification of dental insurance benefits and eligibility
- Submit and track claims accurately and in a timely manner
- Work outstanding and aged claims to resolution, following up with insurance carriers as needed
- Maintain accurate records of claims status, payments, and correspondence
- Communicate clearly and professionally with insurance providers and patients regarding coverage and claims
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in dental insurance verification and claims
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dental practice management software (or willingness to learn)
