Good Company Cafe is a chef-driven eatery in South Huntsville. We are a small venue serving fresh pastries, scratch menu items, coffee/espresso, and beer/wine. Summary: Cleaning, Maintaining, and Organizing. May assist in light prep work and other basic duties
Assist in:
- Kitchen daily tasks such as opening, closing, dishes, regular clean, and deep clean items
- Inventory management and Prep list management
- Maintain clean, organized, labeled, and otherwise tidy work stations, cold hold, and dry storage units
- Receiving and putting away vendor orders
- Catering and special orders
- Other duties as assigned
- Additional Line Duties:
- Open and close station including maintaining equipment, machinery, stock, and cleanliness
- Sense of urgency**
- Additional Prep Duties:
- Wholesale production
- Anticipating needs and wants of staff and customers
- Prep items on board for catering, special orders, line station, cakes, and pastries
