Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the pool area, including pool deck, furniture, and surrounding spaces
- Monitor pool activity to ensure guest safety and compliance with hotel policies
- Provide towels, pool supplies, and assistance to guests as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Enforce pool rules and respond courteously to guest inquiries and concerns
- Assist with setting up and breaking down poolside furniture and equipment
- Support team members with other duties as assigned
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Competitive pay at $18.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly
