Brand Ambassador - Gompers Distillery | Central Oregon (Mobile Position) $20/hour Commission | Part-Time to Full-Time

Love craft spirits, meeting new people, and being the face of an award-winning brand? Gompers Distillery is seeking an energetic Brand Ambassador to represent our Pacific Northwest spirits throughout Central Oregon and the surrounding area.

Who We Are: Gompers Distillery is a family, woman, and veteran-owned craft distillery with a story you'll be proud to share. Named after our Grandfather, our Opa, Holocaust survivor Herman Gompers, whose philosophy "Don't be ordinary" drives everything we do, we create exceptional spirits using locally sourced Oregon botanicals. We're expanding and we need passionate ambassadors to help spread the word.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct tastings at bars, restaurants, liquor stores, and special events across Eugene Metro area
  
• Build relationships with bar managers, restaurant owners, and retail buyers
  
• Educate consumers about our spirits and share Herman's incredible story
  
• Set up and staff promotional events, festivals, and community gatherings
  
• Drive sales through engaging product demonstrations and authentic enthusiasm
  
• Track event results and provide feedback on customer preferences
  
• Represent Gompers at farmers markets, weddings, corporate events, and more
  
• Be the eyes and ears of our brand in your region

Who You Are:

• Outgoing, personable, and love connecting with people
  
• Passionate about craft beverages and the stories behind them
  
• Confident public speaker who can engage groups large and small
  
• Self-motivated with reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement available)
  
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends (when the magic happens!)
  
• 21 years old with OLCC permit (or ability to obtain)
  
• Experience in sales, hospitality, or promotional events preferred
  
• Knowledge of Central Oregon's food & beverage scene is a plus
