RC Strategies is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Brand Ambassador to represent our clients through in-person marketing and customer acquisition campaigns. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you’ll interact directly with customers in retail and promotional settings, introduce them to our clients’ products and services, and help drive new customer acquisition.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with people from diverse backgrounds. No prior sales or marketing experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and one-on-one mentorship to help you build the skills needed to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers in retail and promotional settings to increase brand awareness and generate new customers.
- Represent our clients professionally by educating customers on their products, services, and promotions.
- Communicate product features and benefits clearly while creating positive customer experiences.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that align with their interests.
- Develop and apply effective sales and customer acquisition techniques through face-to-face conversations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and campaign goals.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable engaging with customers in a face-to-face environment.
- Positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
- Willingness to learn and develop new sales and marketing skills.
- Ability to communicate product information clearly and confidently.
- Retail, hospitality, food service, or promotional experience is a plus.
