- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, resolving issues promptly to maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines, ensuring compliance with health regulations during food preparation and service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to create a seamless dining experience for guests.
Skills
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
- Experience in food handling and knowledge of food safety practices.
- Background in hospitality or restaurant settings, preferably within a nightclub environment.
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent guest service skills, with a friendly demeanor and strong communication abilities.
- Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
