Golterman & Sabo is looking for an Entry Level Project Administrator!
We are an employee- owned (ESOP) company. This means our employees earn stock benefits over time. We manufacture specialty acoustical products, and we work as a subcontractor. What you will do:
- Work closely with our teams to help with our systems and project flow
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries/ ship dates
- Learn Bluebeam plan review software
- Compile and check production work orders
- Work with Project Managers on project specific tasks

- Proactive and ability to multi-task
- Able to work independently and as a team to complete goals
- Organized and attention to detail
- Solid ability to work within deadlines
