What You’ll Do:
- Define and execute holistic social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, Threads and emerging platforms
- Manage the day-to-day client relationship for social, serving as a strategic partner to client teams
- Oversee end-to-end content development for social – ideation & briefs, shoot direction, production, publishing
- Translate client priorities, campaigns, and cultural opportunities into social-first content
- Partner with creative teams to bring concepts to life; provide creative direction to ensure social needs are articulated and executed
- Work with influencer teams to ensure partner content is shared and optimized for collaboration, visibility and engagement
- Ensure all social content developed aligns with client’s brand identity and delivers on strategy
- Oversee community management, guiding the team in identifying opportunities for engagement, rising trends and audience signals
- Ensure key learnings from the community are shared with the full team
- Own social KPIs and reporting frameworks for growth, reach, engagement, sentiment and more
- Analyze social performance to identify opportunities, optimize strategies and inform future creative direction
- Translate social insights into actionable recommendations
- Maintain an expert level understanding of social platform features, user behavior, competitive landscape and cultural shifts
- Demonstrate strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills that are clear and persuasive
What You Have:
- 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing
- Proven track record of building and scaling brands on social, executing successful campaigns
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram and other platforms, including best practices and what drives brand social content
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into strategic insights
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration between teams – influencer, creative, PR
- Passion for digital culture
- Experience with social tools such as Talkwalker, Sprout, Sprinklr, CreatorIQ and others
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to balance day-to-day execution with long-term strategic vision
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and passion for building community and brands
