GOLFTEC is looking for a Facilities Manager to join our growing team at our headquarters in Englewood, CO. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing the upkeep of our 180 locations across the US using our internal ticketing system and communicating with our on-site teams.

- Base Annual Range: $60,000-$70,000

Position Summary
GOLFTEC is looking for a Facilities Manager to join our growing team at our headquarters in Englewood, CO. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing the upkeep of our 180 locations across the US using our internal ticketing system and communicating with our on-site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related service requests, coordinating timely repairs and maintenance through internal resources or external vendors, and following through to ensure work is completed on schedule and meets quality expectations
- Negotiating with contractors and vendors for repair and maintenance items within our 2500-3000 sq ft facilities across the US to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Essential communication with internal departments, exterior staff, vendors, and contractors to complete projects
- Ensures effective cross-functional team coordination and communications within and outside the team.
- Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, measuring progress, and adjusting accordingly, developing contingency plans, and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning
- Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives
- Other assigned duties as needed

- Demonstrated prioritization skills
- Budget minded with strong negotiation skills
- Computer proficiency using Microsoft Suite
- Capable of making minor repairs to facilities
- Construction knowledge
- Ability to diagnose minor problems through communications with on-site staff
- Passion for golf is a plus
