Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests to the bays, providing information about Golf DEN and what the options are.
- Take and deliver beverage orders to guests promptly and accurately.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bay areas, including clearing tables and picking up golf balls.
- Assist guests with bay setup and provide instructions on how to use Golf DEN technology.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with a high level of professionalism.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with swing analysis technology and launch monitor technology.
- Upbeat energy and enthusiasm and a cheerful outlook
- Ability to think on your feet and manage customer expectations.
- Ability to work in a challenging environment.
- Availability to be present in space at high value times.
- Ability to stand, walk and bend for extended periods of time and maneuver up and down stairs.
- High school diploma or equivalent
