Job Description
Evergreens Golf Co is a modern indoor golf simulator lounge in Evergreen, Colorado. We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused team member to help operate the facility during staffed hours and deliver a great experience for members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests
- Assist customers with golf simulator setup and operation
- Reset simulator bays between sessions
- Clean and maintain the facility during shifts
- Keep bays, floors, and common areas organized and presentable
- Handle POS transactions for snacks, merchandise, and gift cards
- Explain membership options, booking rules, and general pricing
- Help customers navigate booking through the website and in-house system
- Answer basic questions about memberships, leagues, and simulator use
- Open and close the facility during staffed hours
- Provide light supervision of the lounge
Qualifications
- Reliable, friendly, and professional
- Comfortable with basic technology and POS systems
- Available evenings and weekends
- Golf knowledge or strong interest in golf preferred
- Customer service or retail experience is a plus
- No age requirement
Staffed Hours
- Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM
- Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
