Greenville Country Club is seeking a First Assistant Golf Professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional member service and contributing to a high-level golf operation. Opportunities for instruction and player development programming are available for professionals interested in growing their teaching business.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with tournament operations utilizing Golf Genius software
- Provide exceptional service and professional engagement with members and guests
- Support daily golf shop operations including tee sheet management and point-of-sale systems
- Assist in managing and maintaining the practice facilities
- Provide private instruction, group clinics, and player development programming
- Support golf initiatives including clinics, camps, and leagues
- Assist with club fitting and equipment sales
- Track and verify daily play including guest play, cart usage, and member charges
- Assist with merchandise planning, purchasing, and inventory management
- Help supervise and train golf shop and outside services staff
- Support league play and club tournament programming
- Promote club events, programs, and services to members
- Maintain a professional image and represent the club at the highest standard
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
