- Develop and implement social work policies in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Participate in quality assurance interdisciplinary team meetings
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of social service progress and resident needs
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote resident rights and prevent abuse
