We are expanding our Digital Asset Management (DAM) Division and seeking a high-performing Digital Asset Manager to join our distributed team of strategists, analysts, and blockchain specialists.
Position Overview
The Digital Asset Manager will oversee diversified cryptocurrency portfolios for high-profile clients, developing tailored strategies that balance risk management, yield optimization, and long-term asset growth.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can interpret complex market data, assess risk exposure, and develop actionable portfolio plans. You’ll collaborate closely with our research and trading teams to deliver world-class performance and insights to our clients.

Responsibilities
- Portfolio Oversight: Manage large-scale client portfolios consisting of cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and blockchain-based assets. Maintain active awareness of market performance and macroeconomic trends.
- Strategic Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks across multi-asset portfolios. Develop risk-adjusted investment frameworks tailored to client profiles.
- Client Strategy & Advisory: Work directly with clients to understand goals and create personalized digital asset strategies. Communicate complex concepts in accessible, results-oriented terms.
- Market Intelligence: Track market movements, on-chain analytics, and regulatory updates to inform short- and long-term investment decisions.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare regular performance summaries and strategic updates for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Innovation & Growth: Collaborate with research teams to identify emerging technologies, DeFi platforms, and blockchain investment opportunities.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all portfolio activities meet international compliance standards and follow institutional-grade security practices.
Qualifications

Required:
- Passion for blockchain, cryptocurrency, and digital innovation.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Basic understanding of financial principles, investment structures, and market dynamics.
Benefits
- Base salary: $140,000-$170,000 depending on skill-set and knowledge.
- Yearly bonuses for certain metrics.
- Percentage commissions based on performance. Paid out quarterly.
- Paid time off: 16 days of PTO acquired at date of hire during probation.

- Holiday pay: $200 each of our 8 company recognized holidays.

Possible remote position. Remote candidates will be offered 70% of listed salary range with reduced commission and bonuses. Advancement opportunities are for in-house candidates only. Relocating to meet these standards is encouraged, and all travel related expenses will be covered. In-house and Remote candidates are required to attend the annual Bitcoin Conference with the company. Hotel is provided of no charge and a $150 per-diem is provided during this trip.
Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
