The Role
This is not your typical SDR role. It's a developmental sales position built for someone ready to move beyond cold-calling scripts—someone who wants to open strategic accounts, build real relationships with senior executives, and grow into full-cycle account ownership. Fulcrum Digital is looking for a driven Junior Account Executive to fuel our enterprise growth across AI, data, cloud, and digital engineering. You'll work directly alongside senior sales and technology leaders, researching target accounts, engaging business and technology executives, generating qualified meetings, and helping shape opportunities from first conversation through early solution development.
What You'll Do
- Own a defined portfolio of strategic target accounts and build focused account-entry plans
- Research companies, business priorities, technology environments, and key decision-makers
- Run personalized outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn — real conversations, not generic sequences
- Generate qualified meetings and prepare sharp account and stakeholder briefs ahead of every call
- Join discovery calls, capture client needs, and drive timely internal and external follow-up
- Maintain disciplined Salesforce hygiene — activity, account status, next steps, and follow-up dates
- Partner with SDRs, solution leaders, and delivery partners to move accounts toward workshops, assessments, pilots, and proposals

Requirements
- 1–3 years of B2B sales, business development, or client-facing experience (technology or professional services a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the confidence to engage senior business and technology leaders
- Comfort with phone-based prospecting and the persistence to build opportunities from cold or lightly developed accounts
- An organized, accountable working style with strong follow-through
- Genuine curiosity about enterprise AI, data modernization, cloud, and digital transformation
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus, but coachability and execution discipline matter more
