Now Hiring: Property Manager
Goldstar Rentals is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential rental properties.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
- Market available units and maintain high occupancy.
- Show apartments, process applications, and execute leases.
- Manage lease renewals and resident retention.
- Collect rent and follow up on delinquent accounts.
- Address resident concerns and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and supervise property upkeep.
- Conduct regular property inspections.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, lease agreements, and applicable housing laws.
- Maintain accurate resident files and property records.
- Prepare reports and communicate regularly with ownership.
- Supervise office and maintenance staff, as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous property management or related experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with property management software is a plus.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
