Pharmacy Fulfillment & Packaging Assistant
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Pharmacy Fulfillment & Packaging Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the crucial link between our pharmacy operations and our delivery fleet. Your primary focus will be processing, combining, and organizing medication packages to ensure they reach our patients accurately and on time.
While the tasks are straightforward, this is a fast-paced position that requires you to be highly organized, and an excellent team player.
Key Responsibilities
- Package Processing: Process and combine patient medication packages strictly following safety and compliance protocols.
- Order Sorting: Accurately organize and load completed medication packages into their allocated delivery bins.
- Logistics Coordination: Work directly with the Logistics Manager to prepare daily batches, enabling them to create efficient routes and assign drivers.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate continuously with Pharmacy Technicians to track order progress and ensure 100% of daily packages are completed on schedule.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the right medications are routed to the right bins every time.
What We Are Looking For
- Reliability: You are punctual and can commit to a consistent 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM schedule, Monday through Friday.
- Physical Stamina: You are comfortable with a role that requires standing, walking, bending, and light lifting throughout the day.
- Attention to Detail: You take pride in your accuracy and understand the importance of handling medications properly.
- Team Player: You communicate well and thrive in a collaborative environment where teams rely on each other to meet daily deadlines.
- Prior Experience: Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or a pharmacy setting is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person!
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $16-18/HR
