As we continue to grow, we are seeking an ambitious Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchase orders to customer specifications via company and supplier software.
- Check availability of stock and shipping dates
- Expedite orders to meet customer deadlines
- Communicate effectively with team members, other departments, customers and suppliers in a professional and timely manner
- Purchase product from vendors
- Support outside sales personnel
- Assist in answering incoming phone calls and route them accordingly
- Check, respond and follow-up to all emails
- Provide great customer service
- Follow company policies and maintain acceptable attendance
- Administrative and clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office Proficiency
- Proficient and accurate Data entry skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn and retain large amounts of information
- Team oriented and flexible
- Must have a high level of professionalism and great work ethic
- Ability to perform in pressure situations
- 2 years in Customer Service/Data Entry experience is required
- Ability to work full-time in the office at 11711 Playa Ct, Houston, TX 77034.
