Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Regional Manager role based in Richmond, VA. The Regional Manager will oversee the operations, financial performance, and staff of multiple multifamily residential communities within their assigned region. Responsibilities include implementing operational strategies, ensuring compliance with policies, analyzing financial reports, managing budgets, supervising property managers, and developing initiatives to improve tenant satisfaction. The role also involves fostering a motivated team and collaborating with cross-functional departments to align with company goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management, real estate operations, or multifamily housing.
- Financial acumen, including budget development, financial analysis, and understanding key performance metrics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring staff.
- Knowledge of compliance, contracts, tenant relations, and property regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with teams, tenants, and partners.
- Proficient in using property management software and tools for documentation and operational oversight.
- Effective problem-solving, strategic decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate management or a similar role is highly desirable.
