We’re a fast-growing business funding and payment processing firm. Our closers are in front of business owners every day, and every one of those meetings starts with our inside sales team. We need a leader who can hire, coach, and drive that team, and who wants a pay plan that rewards it.
What the job actually is
- Running an appointment setting team on the floor, every day: huddles, call reviews, live coaching
- Hiring setters in person and running our two-day training class
- Owning appointment quality, so every booked merchant is qualified, confirmed, and shows up
- Managing merchant communication from the booked call until our rep walks in
- Running sales contests and incentives alongside our closing managers
- Reporting the numbers that matter: sets, shows, and funded deals
How you get paid
- Base salary
- Monthly override on every shown, qualified appointment your team produces above the monthly target. There’s no cap.
- Bonus on every funded deal and boarded merchant account your team set
- Paid Training
You’re a fit if you have
- 2 years managing appointment setters, SDRs, or an outbound call team
- Team numbers you can walk us through in the interview
- Experience hiring and developing entry-level sales reps
- Bonus points for experience in merchant cash advance, business lending, or merchant services
