We are a dermatology office located in Downtown Manhattan looking for a full time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team..duties include being able to answer multiple phone lines, schedule appointments, check in and check out, collect co-payments and balances. Inform patients of deductibles and coinsurances. Preparing medical records Contacting pharmacies. Checking insurance eligiiblity. More responsibilities can be given if appropriate. Posting copays and other payments. Assort faxes, Folowup on emails and other paitent communication through Nexhealthand and Weave Check if insurance requires referrals, prior authorizations a plusECW experience a plus but not requiredOne year medical receptionist or front desk experience required
