Creative Lead (Miami, Full-Time)
We help bold brands become impossible to ignore, and we're looking for a Creative Lead to help us do it at a higher level, and at a bigger scale.
You'll shape how our work looks and feels, from the first idea to the final export. If you have a distinct eye, strong opinions about craft, and the range to take a concept from a shoot brief all the way to a finished cut.
What you'll do
- Develop concepts and creative strategy for our clients, from brand campaigns to monthly content
- Direct on set, guiding shoots to get exactly what the vision needs
- Own post-production, editing and finishing work to Goldleigh's standard
- Bring a point of view, we want someone who elevates the work, not just executes it
Having the skill to shoot video and photo is a plus.
What you bring
- A genuinely strong creative eye, taste is the job
- Command of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
- Real experience across the full process: ideation, direction, and post
- The ability to lead a shoot and make confident creative calls in the moment
- High standards you refuse to lower, even under deadline
