Are you organized, hands-on, and passionate about making a difference? The Program Services Coordinator plays a key role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities by ensuring services, plans, and daily supports are carried out smoothly and effectively.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the QIDP team with program coordination and follow-up tasks
- Help implement and maintain individualized support plans
- Coordinate activities like school, work, and community involvement
- Track documentation, inventories, and compliance requirements
- Assist with staff training materials and program resources
- Spend time both in the office and in the field (25% ) working directly with individuals and staff
Schedule & Flexibility:
- Primarily Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible)
- Some evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation required
- Hybrid/remote opportunities available per policy
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Age 21
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to work hands-on with individuals needing varying levels of care
- Willingness to manage challenging behaviors when necessary
- Reliable transportation & approved driver status
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role
- Team-oriented with strong follow-through
