The Jewelry Exchange is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Full-Time Jewelry Sales Consultant to join our growing team. If you enjoy building relationships, helping customers celebrate life’s biggest moments, and working in a fast-paced luxury retail environment, we’d love to meet you.
No previous jewelry experience? No problem. We provide training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with rings, wedding bands, diamond jewelry, watches, and fine jewelry.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from greeting to purchase.
- Learn diamond and gemstone knowledge to confidently educate customers.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Maintain an organized, professional showroom.
- Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business.
- Process sales accurately and assist with daily store operations.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- pay is subject to experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude with a passion for sales.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work weekends and holiday hours as needed.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday through Saturday
- Typical shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Closed Sundays except during select holiday shopping periods and special events.
