Responsibilities
- Sell and promote personal and commercial insurance products
- Generate and follow up on leads via phone, email, and in-person contacts
- Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Assist clients with policy questions, claims guidance, and renewals
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 license preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
