This isn’t just picking finishes — this is owning the look, feel, and experience across multifamily, hospitality, BTR, and commercial developments.
Backed by a $3B platform, you’ll be designing within a fully integrated developer with real projects, real pipeline, and real impact.
🎯 What You’ll Do
• Lead interior design from concept → completion
• Build out finish palettes, materials, and FF&E selections
• Present design visions to leadership key stakeholders
• Partner closely with development construction teams
• Ensure designs align with budget, schedule, and execution
• Help create consistent branding elevated design standards
• Manage multiple projects across different phases

• Someone who can balance great design with real-world buildability
