Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior DevOps / Cloud Engineering Lead to design, build, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS. This role requires strong technical expertise combined with hands-on leadership, ownership of production systems, and the ability to guide teams through complex operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor DevOps and Cloud Engineering teams, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
Architect, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable AWS cloud environments
Drive the design and management of robust CI/CD pipelines to enable faster and reliable deployments
Own production support, including incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous system optimization
Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation
Design and support Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies including Active/Active and Active/Passive architectures
Collaborate with application, security, and platform teams to drive cloud and DevOps best practices
Monitor system health and performance using industry-standard observability tools
Required Experience
10 years of overall IT experience
5 years of hands-on AWS DevOps experience in a Senior or Lead role
2 3 years of proven leadership experience managing or mentoring technical teams
7 years of experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines
