Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in English to join our Dallas team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to post-purchase support. This role is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for answering customer inquiries, processing orders, contract management, shipment management, logistics, and working with internal teams to provide high-quality customer service and training, maintain and improve customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, and provide effective solutions.
- Track customer order status to ensure timely delivery.
- Regularly communicate with customers, understand their needs, and establish and maintain good customer relationships. Collect customer feedback and provide suggestions for product improvement and new service development.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, no major restrictions;
- At least 2 years of work experience in customer service or related fields in the home industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with cabinetry technology and manufacturing processes is preferred.
- Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Full-time position based in Dallas, Texas.
- Office environment with occasional need to visit the manufacturing floor.
