Personal Care Assistant - (Female Caregiver)

Location: Lexington Ky
Pay: $18 per hour
Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday 1p-4p 9 hours

This role is ideal for someone who leads with empathy, understands the importance of dignity and patience in caregiving, and enjoys creating joy in daily routines.
What You’ll Do
- Provide full assistance with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Support mobility by assisting with walking (using a cane), transfers, and fall prevention.
- Offer gentle redirection, maintain a structured daily routine, and engage the client in activities such as music and conversation.
- Prepare nutritious meals, assist with feeding as needed, and ensure dietary safety.
- Manage light housekeeping, laundry, and organization to maintain a clean and peaceful environment.
- Accompany clients on errands and appointments, ensuring comfort and safety while traveling.
What We’re Looking For
- Female candidate with experience supporting individuals
- Demonstrated patience, compassion, and strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Reliable transportation for local errands and appointments.
