Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support for initial IT issues, assisting users with troubleshooting and basic technical inquiries.
- Manage incoming support tickets, ensuring timely and effective responses to user requests.
- Document and track support tickets with detailed notes on user interactions and resolutions.
- Assist in resolving common technical problems related to Windows OS, software applications, and hardware.
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support staff to escalate issues that require advanced troubleshooting.
- Help maintain IT support documentation and contribute to the knowledge base.
- Provide basic training and support to end-users on software applications and IT policies.

Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in an IT help desk or customer support role.

- Part-time position based in City of Industry.
- May require occasional travel to other company locations or vendor sites.
