Position Role Summary:
This position will maintain the cleanliness of the plant adhering to Safety, AIB and ISO standards.
Job Responsibilities, Accountabilities:
Vacuum walls and ceilings keep them clean and free of debris such as cobwebs and dust
Run the floor scrubber to keep it clean, polished and free of debris
Tape and paint lines on the production floor to identify walkways, forklift paths and various other identifiers
Keep facility walls wiped down including the siding, keeping them free of dirt, scrapes and smudges
Paint various areas of the plant as needed.
Keep all the racking clean and free of dust and debris
Clean forklift domes so they remain free of dust and unclouded
Keep all lockers, railings fans, garbage cans, water dispensers and pipes dusted and clean.
Keep stairwells clean and free of debris
Clean under conveyors to keep them free of dust and debris
Empty trash bins as needed
Required Education:
High school diploma or GED
Required Experience:
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Work Location, Work Environment/Conditions:
Environment (office, manufacturing, warehouse, sales, etc.?): Loud manufacturing environment with lots of activity can be a warm or cold environment depending on the season. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walking, climbing ladders, being able to work in an aerial lift at various heights, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
