Restaurant Support Staff

This position is very important to our restaurant as you will work directly in our dining room with our guests. You will be greeting, taking out orders, clearing tables and handing out thankyou candy

Customers are very generous with their tips :-)

Professional and Friendly environment

This position works both Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am to 2:00pm

Fast environment so you must be comfortable moving quickly and fast pace.

Pay is a base of $10 plus tips with a guaranteed total pay of $13 an hour

Hourly Rate PLUS great tips - our customers are extremely generous.

Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am to 2:30 pm

We proactively serve our customers.

Front of house Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Follow up with each guest for accuracy of food taken to table
- Clear table of dishes quickly and without breaking anything
- Get refills if customers asks
- Maintain clean tables and clean dining room throughout day
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting
