Operating Room Technician (ORT) - Stipend

The Operating Room Technician – Stipend role provides supplemental support to the surgical services team by assisting with operating room preparation, instrumentation, and turnover as needed. This role supports safe, efficient surgical procedures by ensuring proper setup, sterile technique, and availability of equipment and supplies. The stipend position is intended to provide additional coverage, flexibility, or specialized support outside of standard staffing models, while maintaining compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and patient safety expectations.
