Autonomous Practice Model – CRNAs work independently in a non-ACT model with the full support of an experienced team and collaborative physician support, Do your own blocks, spinals, epidurals, inductions, anesthesiologist always available for any assistance
- Diverse & Manageable Case Mix – General, orthopedic, ENT, obstetric, podiatry, ophthalmology, and urology cases. No trauma, cardiac, neuro, or spine cases. 3,600 cases per year; 300 deliveries per year
- Light Call Load – Shared first call schedule with excellent support and backup always available.
- Modern Equipment & Facilities – State-of-the-art anesthesia equipment, including video laryngoscopy in every OR and up-to-date ultrasound technology. 52 bed hospital with 7 OR suites, C/S suite, 3 Endo suites. Hospital EMR is Meditech Expanse; No OR EMR.
- Ample Time Off – Prioritizing work-life balance with post-call days off and a flexible, well-structured schedule. 7 CRNA team/1 anesthesiologist team, 1:7 primary call; no backup call commitment
