This is a full-time position based in San Francisco, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-time and part-time Group Sales team, monitor productivity, assess performance and support in hitting sales goals
- Maintain sellout streak while maximizing revenue
- Develop and lead special event strategy
- Assist with internal ticketing needs across various departments
- Find opportunities for Group Sales support for Thrive City events
- Provide Group Sales support for non-Warriors events at Chase Center when requested
- Understand best practices across the NBA and incorporate internally
- Develop and coordinate training programs for Group Sales staff
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience, preferably in a ticket sales within the sports & entertainment industry
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Archtics and Salesforce
- A successful track record of leadership and driving sales revenue
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills
- Ability to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate, influence and build positive relationships with clients and peers at all levels
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
- $80,000 Per Year Bonus
