Wireless Sales Associate

Bayline Sales Group is growing, and we're looking for a Wireless Sales Associate to support our exciting pop-up campaigns throughout the Burlingame area. As a sales and development firm, we represent a nationally recognized wireless brand at retail events, street fairs, and community activations. As a Wireless Sales Associate, you'll work directly with customers, answer questions, guide enrollments, and introduce affordable wireless services that fit their communication needs.

As a Wireless Sales Associate, you'll bring energy and professionalism to every event while creating engaging experiences for customers. You'll receive hands-on sales training designed to strengthen your communication skills and prepare you for success. Every Wireless Sales Associate plays an important role in representing our wireless brand, creating positive experiences for customers, and contributing to overall sales growth and event success.

Responsibilities of the Wireless Sales Associate

• Participate in event-based sales campaigns that connect customers with affordable wireless services and enrollment opportunities.
• Generate sales opportunities by engaging customers in informative conversations tailored to their needs and interests.
• Represent our wireless brand professionally while promoting available services, programs, and special offers.
• Build confidence with customers by delivering accurate information and creating a welcoming event experience.
• Support event execution by keeping promotional materials organized and ensuring customers receive outstanding service.
• Help achieve sales goals by building relationships with customers and creating memorable interactions.
• Participate in ongoing Wireless Sales Associate training focused on communication, product knowledge, and sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate with fellow Wireless Sales Associate team members to strengthen the brand, support event initiatives, and achieve overall sales objectives.

Qualifications of the Wireless Sales Associate

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Genuine passion for outreach, sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Confident communicating with customers and presenting solutions with clarity and professionalism.
• Dependable in supporting event logistics, from setup through customer engagement.
• Growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and represent a respected brand.
• Interest in developing professional sales skills and growing as a Wireless Sales Associate.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.
